Bpium integration without code: leads and orders straight into catalogs

The Bpium integration in nana800 creates, reads, updates and deletes records in the catalogs of your Bpium, without code. To connect it you need the address of your Bpium and the email and password of a user who can access those catalogs. Every operation costs $0.002, and your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month.

  • Block run: $0.002
  • Free every month: $3.50
  • No card needed

What you can do

  • Create a catalog record for every website lead, order or bot message
  • Get the list of all catalogs and the details of one catalog by its ID
  • Read catalog records in parts: how many records to return and how many to skip
  • Get one record by ID and pass its fields further down the scheme, for example into a message to a manager
  • Change the fields of a record by ID or delete a record
  • Send ready JSON to Bpium when the data is easier to build as a whole than as field-value pairs

Blocks in the builder

  • Bpium catalogs and records

    Action · $0.002 per run

Seven operations: list_catalogs, get_catalog, list_records, get_record, create_record, update_record and delete_record. Connects with your Bpium address and the email and password of a user, or with a ready Basic auth token.

How to set it up

  1. 1

    Prepare access to Bpium

You need a Bpium user with access to the catalogs you work with: their email and password. Instead of them you can paste a ready Basic auth token. If your Bpium opens at mycompany.bpium.ru, your subdomain is mycompany.

  2. 2

Add a trigger and the Bpium block

Create a scheme in the builder and add a trigger that brings the data, for example webhook for website leads. Add the Bpium: table API block and fill in Subdomain, Email and Password.

  3. 3

    Find the catalog ID

Choose the list_catalogs operation, add the button trigger, turn the scheme on and press the button: the block returns all catalogs with their IDs. Put the one you need into the Catalog ID field.

  4. 4

    Fill in the record fields

Choose create_record and in Record fields put a Bpium field ID or its API key on the left and a value or trigger data on the right. If the record is easier to build as a whole, paste JSON into Raw payload, and the Record fields pairs are then not used.

  5. 5

Test the record and keep the scheme on

Press the button trigger and open the catalog in Bpium: a new record appears, and its ID comes back in created_id. If Bpium returns an error, the block puts it into error_message. When it works, keep the scheme on. While it is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.

Frequently asked questions

Every run of the Bpium block costs $0.002, whatever operation it performs. An enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour. Your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month, no card needed. A scheme kept on around the clock for a month spends most of that on scheme hours.

An address and access. The address is your subdomain if Bpium opens at an address like mycompany.bpium.ru, or the full API address in the Base URL field if yours is different. Access is the email and password of a Bpium user or a ready Basic auth token; when the token is filled in, email and password are not needed.

In Record fields, the left side is a Bpium field ID or its API key and the right side is the value. Values can come from the trigger and other blocks of the scheme. You can also paste ready JSON into Raw payload, and the block sends exactly that to Bpium.

The Limit field of list_records sets how many records to return, and Offset skips the first ones. This way a large catalog can be read in parts: for example the first 100 records, then the next 100.

nana800 has no trigger for Bpium events: the block runs operations when another trigger has started the scheme. To check a catalog regularly, use the time internal trigger and read records with list_records.
