Bitrix24 integration without code: leads, deals, contacts and tasks

A Bitrix24 integration in nana800 takes no code: one block creates and updates leads, deals, contacts and tasks, reads a record by ID and finds lists with a filter. It connects through an inbound webhook of Bitrix24, so you do not install any app. Every request to Bitrix24 costs $0.002, and your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month.

What you can do

  • Create a lead for every website form or bot message: title, name, phone, email, amount and comment
  • Create deals in the right pipeline and stage and link them to a contact right away
  • Assign tasks to employees with a description, an assignee and a deadline
  • Update leads, deals, contacts and tasks by ID, including your own custom CRM fields
  • Find records with a filter and sorting: up to 1000 per run, the block requests the pages itself
  • Call any other Bitrix24 REST method by name, for example for companies or the list of pipelines

Blocks in the builder

  • Bitrix24 request

    Action · $0.002 per run

Works with the CRM and tasks through an inbound webhook: creates, updates and reads leads, deals, contacts and tasks, lists them with a filter and calls any REST method. Returns the new record ID, a record or a list.

How to set it up

  1. 1

Create an inbound webhook in Bitrix24

An inbound webhook is a secret address through which an outside service works with your portal. In Bitrix24 open Developer resources, then Other and Inbound webhook. Tick the CRM and Tasks permissions, save and copy the webhook address: it contains your portal address, /rest/ and a secret code. If you do not see this item, the portal admin has to turn it on.

  2. 2

    Add a trigger for leads

Create a scheme in the builder and add the webhook trigger: choose the POST method and set a path such as /lead. Your website form or another service sends the lead to the address of this webhook, and the scheme starts with its data.

  3. 3

    Add the Bitrix24 block

Add the Bitrix24 block, choose the add_lead operation and paste the inbound webhook address. Put the lead data into the title, name, phone and email fields. In the responsible field enter the employee ID shown in the address of their profile. Pass your custom fields in the extra fields field.

  4. 4

Turn the scheme on and test it with a button

Add the button trigger, type a test name and phone into the fields for now, turn the scheme on and press the button. The lead appears in the CRM, and its ID is in the block result. The button itself is free. You pay only for the Bitrix24 request.

  5. 5

    Keep the scheme on

Put the lead data back and keep the scheme on. Every website lead now becomes a lead in Bitrix24. While the scheme is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.

Frequently asked questions

Every request to Bitrix24 costs $0.002. An enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour. Your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month, no card needed. A scheme kept on around the clock for a month spends most of that on scheme hours.

In Bitrix24: Developer resources, Other, Inbound webhook. Leads, deals and contacts need the CRM permission, tasks need Tasks. The address is secret: anyone who has it can see your portal data. nana800 hides it in logs and scheme exports, and if it leaks, delete the webhook and create a new one.

nana800 has no Bitrix24 trigger. Events arrive only through an outbound webhook of Bitrix24 itself: in Developer resources create an outbound webhook, enter the address of the webhook trigger and pick the event. Bitrix24 sends the record ID, and the get_lead operation reads the lead itself.

A field code like UF_CRM_1234567890 is shown in the field settings in the CRM. Pass it with a value in the extra fields (JSON) field. These values win over the simple fields of the block, and this is also how you change the phone or email of an existing record.

Bitrix24 returns 50 records per request, and the block requests the next pages itself, up to 1000 records per run. If there are more, the result holds the position to continue from next time.

The block waits and repeats the request itself. If the error stays, the result has a failure flag and the Bitrix24 answer. The insufficient_scope error means the webhook has no permission for that section.
