CloudPayments integration: payment links, payment search and refunds
The CloudPayments integration in nana800 creates payment links, finds a payment by order number, and confirms, cancels or refunds website payments without code. You need the Public ID and API password from your CloudPayments account, and the money moves under your CloudPayments contract, never through nana800. Each operation costs $0.002, and your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month.

CloudPayments operation
Action · $0.002 per run
Six operations with your CloudPayments website: create a payment link, look up a payment by transaction number, find it by order number, refund it, cancel it before capture and confirm a two-step payment.
How to set it up
- 1
Get the Public ID and API password
In your CloudPayments account, open Sites and the settings of your website. Copy the Public ID (it starts with pk_) and the API password. The password allows refunds, so paste it only into the block field. It is hidden in the run log.
- 2
Create a payment link
Create a scheme, add a trigger with order data, for example a webhook, and add the CloudPayments block with the create_payment_link operation. Enter the amount in rubles (not kopecks), the payment purpose and the order number, which you can later search by.
- 3
Send the link to the customer
Turn on sending the link by email or SMS through CloudPayments, which needs the customer email or phone. Or insert the link from the payment_url field into the Telegram message send block.
- 4
Check whether the order is paid
The find_payment operation searches by order number, and get_payment looks up a transaction number. Completed means the payment is done, Authorized means the money is held and waits for confirmation, Declined means the payment was refused.
- 5
Connect notifications
To start the scheme automatically after a payment, add a webhook trigger with the POST method and put its address into the notification settings of your website in CloudPayments. If CloudPayments expects a specific answer to a notification, set it with the webhook response block.
- 6
Turn the scheme on and test it
Turn the scheme on and first run it against a CloudPayments test website: its payments are marked with TestMode in the answer. Then switch to your live website data and keep the scheme on. While it is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.
