Supabase integration: read, insert and update rows without code
The Supabase integration in nana800 reads, inserts, updates and deletes rows in the tables of your project right from a scheme, and calls Postgres functions too. You only need the project URL and the secret key from the Supabase settings, with no database password and no code. Each operation costs $0.002, and your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month.

What you can do
- Save website leads, orders and bot messages as table rows, one at a time or as a list
- Read rows with filters, sorting, a limit and an offset for page by page reading
- Update and delete rows by filter, for example change the status of an order by its number
- Insert a row or update the existing one by a unique column, such as the customer email (upsert)
- Call your own Postgres functions by name with arguments in JSON
- Run any SQL through the exec_sql function you create in the database once

Supabase request
Action · $0.002 per run
Pick one of seven operations: select reads rows, insert adds them, update changes them, upsert adds or changes, delete removes, rpc calls a Postgres function, sql runs an SQL query.
How to set it up
- 1
Copy the project URL and the key
Open your project in Supabase. In Project Settings, Data API, copy the Project URL like https://abcdefghijklm.supabase.co. In API Keys copy the service_role key or the secret key that starts with sb_secret_. The key gives full access to the database, so keep it private.
- 2
Create a scheme and add a trigger
Create a scheme in the builder and add the trigger that brings the data: a webhook for website leads, a message to a Telegram bot or a schedule. For the first test the button trigger is enough, it starts the scheme by hand.
- 3
Connect the Supabase block
Add the Supabase block, paste the project URL into the project address field and the key into the secret key field. Choose an operation, for example insert, and enter the table name.
- 4
Fill in the data or the filters
For insert and upsert write a JSON object in the row data field, for example a name and an email from the trigger. For select, update and delete add filters: the column and operator with a colon on the left, like id:eq, and the value on the right. Without an operator eq, meaning equals, is used.
- 5
Turn the scheme on and test it
Turn the scheme on, press the button trigger and open the block result: rows are in records, their number in affected_count, and error_message holds the Supabase answer if something went wrong. When it works, keep the scheme on. While it is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.
