T-Bank acquiring integration: payment links, status and refunds

The T-Bank internet acquiring integration in nana800 creates payment links, checks whether an order is paid, captures held money and makes refunds, with no code and no server. You need the key and password of your own terminal, and the money goes to your bank account under your T-Bank contract, not to nana800. Each operation costs $0.002, and your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month.

  • Prefill the customer email and phone on the payment form and set the pages shown after a successful or failed payment

Works with your terminal: create_payment creates a payment and a payment link, get_payment_state checks the status, confirm_payment captures held money, cancel_payment cancels a payment or refunds it.

How to set it up

  1. 1

Copy the terminal key and password

In your T-Bank internet acquiring account, open Shops, pick your shop and copy the terminal key and password on the Terminals tab. The password is secret: the block signs requests with it, and it is hidden in the run log and in scheme exports.

  2. 2

    Create a payment

Create a scheme, add a trigger with order data, for example a webhook for a website order, and add the T-Bank Acquiring block with the create_payment operation. Enter the amount in rubles (the block converts it to kopecks) and a description of up to 140 characters, plus an order number, customer email and phone if you like.

  3. 3

Send the link to the customer

Add the Telegram message send block or an email block and insert the link from the payment_url field of the T-Bank block. By default the link is valid for a day, and you can change that in the terminal settings.

  4. 4

    Receive the payment notification

In a second scheme, add a webhook trigger with the POST method and put its address into the payment notification URL field or into the terminal settings. Before releasing goods, check the payment again with get_payment_state: is_paid must be true.

  5. 5

Turn it on and test without money

Turn the scheme on, choose the test environment and pay with the test cards from the T-Bank documentation. Then switch back to production and keep the scheme on. While it is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.

Frequently asked questions

Each block operation costs $0.002: creating a link, checking a status, capturing or refunding. An enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour. Your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month, no card needed, and a scheme kept on around the clock spends most of it on hours. T-Bank charges its acquiring fee under your contract, nana800 takes no percentage of payments.

To your bank account under your acquiring contract with T-Bank. The block works with your own terminal, and nana800 never receives or holds customer money.

Choose the test environment in the block. T-Bank accepts test payments only on a live terminal (a key without the word DEMO) and only from allowed addresses: send your tax number, company name and the server address, which nana800 support gives you, to the chat in your T-Bank account.

Then T-Bank requires receipt data. Pass it in the receipt JSON field: the tax system and the items, with prices and sums in kopecks, and the items must add up to the payment amount. The customer email and phone are added to the receipt automatically.

With the two_stage payment scheme, money is first held on the customer card. You confirm the order and capture the money with confirm_payment, even a smaller amount, or release the hold with cancel_payment.

The block returns success set to false and the T-Bank answer in error_message. Creating, capturing and cancelling are not repeated on their own after a dropped connection, so nothing happens twice: check with get_payment_state whether the request went through.
