Website leads to Bitrix24: every form creates a lead

To send website leads to Bitrix24, nana800 uses two blocks: webhook receives the form data, and Bitrix24 creates a lead with the name, phone number and email. All you need is an inbound webhook address from your Bitrix24, with no code and no server of your own. One lead costs as much as three basic block runs, 1,000 runs cost $1, and your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month.

What you can automate

  • A website form lead becomes a Bitrix24 lead right away, with name, phone number, email and comment
  • Website leads get the Website source and a responsible manager
  • A website order creates a contact and a deal with the amount in the right pipeline, if your CRM works without leads
  • Ad tags and quiz answers from the form go into custom CRM fields
  • One lead lands in Bitrix24 and also reaches the manager in Telegram

How to set it up

  1. 1

Create an inbound webhook in Bitrix24

In Bitrix24 open Developer resources, then Other and Inbound webhook. Tick the CRM permission, save and copy the webhook address. If the item is missing, the portal admin has to enable it. The address is secret: it gives access to your CRM data, so do not share it.

  2. 2

    Add the webhook trigger

The nana800 webhook is an address your website sends the form data to. Create a scheme in the builder and add the webhook trigger. Choose POST in the method field and enter a path such as /lead in the path field. The path starts with a slash and does not end with one.

  3. 3

    Fill in the Bitrix24 block

Add the Bitrix24 block, choose the add_lead operation and paste the Bitrix24 inbound webhook address. Enter a title such as Website lead. In the name, phone, email and comment fields, insert the form fields from the webhook data: they sit in body under the same names as in your form.

  4. 4

Set the responsible manager and source

Put the number from the employee profile address in Bitrix24 into the responsible employee ID field. Pass the source and custom fields in the extra fields JSON, for example {"SOURCE_ID": "WEB"}, so the lead gets the Website source.

  5. 5

Connect the form and test it

Turn the scheme on, press API in the builder and paste the nana800 webhook address into your form settings or website code. In the Try it tab, send a test name and phone number: a lead appears in the CRM and its ID shows up in record_id. The insufficient_scope error means the inbound webhook has no CRM permission. An enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour.

Pricing

A run of a Webhook block costs up to $0.001, a run of a Bitrix24 block costs $0.002. Every month the balance is topped up to $3.50 for free, an enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour.

Frequently asked questions

Receiving a lead with the webhook costs one basic block run, and a Bitrix24 request costs as much as two, with 1,000 runs at $1. An enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour. Your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month, no card needed. A scheme kept on around the clock for a month spends most of that on scheme hours.

These are two different addresses. The nana800 webhook address goes into your website form, and the website sends leads to it. The Bitrix24 inbound webhook address goes into the Bitrix24 block, and nana800 uses it to create leads in your portal. The second address is secret and is hidden in logs and scheme exports.

Chain two Bitrix24 blocks. The first one uses add_contact to create a contact with the name and phone number and returns its ID in record_id. The second one uses add_deal: put that ID into the contact ID field, the order total into the amount and the pipeline number into the deal pipeline ID. That is two requests instead of one.

Create custom fields in the CRM and find their codes like UF_CRM_1234567890 in the field settings. In the extra fields JSON, write the field code and insert the value from the form. These values take priority over the simple fields of the block.

Bitrix24 limits how often a portal can be called. If the portal answers that there are too many requests, the block waits and repeats the request by itself.

No. The Bitrix24 block is filled in with plain fields: title, name, phone, email, comment. JSON is only needed for the source and custom fields. The nana800 webhook address goes into your form settings if your website builder can send forms to a webhook.
