Yandex Disk automation: upload from a link, folders and public links

Yandex Disk automation in nana800 saves files from a link, creates folders, lists folders, returns download links and public links, with no code. All you need is a Yandex OAuth token, which you get at oauth.yandex.ru after creating your own app. Each operation costs $0.002, and your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month.

How to set it up

    Create an app at oauth.yandex.ru

    Sign in at oauth.yandex.ru with the account whose Disk you need and create an app. Choose the Web services platform, press the debug address button in the Callback URI field and add the Yandex Disk rights to write anywhere on the Disk and to read the whole Disk. Copy the ClientID.

    Get the OAuth token

    Open the Yandex authorization address with your ClientID (the exact address is in the block instructions) and allow access. Yandex shows the token, which usually starts with y0_. The token can read and change your files, so keep it private.

    Add the Yandex Disk block

    Create a scheme, add the button trigger and the Yandex Disk block. Paste the token, choose upload_from_url, put the file address into the file link field and the full path with a name into the Disk path field, for example /Reports/report.pdf. The /Reports folder must already exist.

    Turn the scheme on and check the upload

    Turn the scheme on and press the button trigger. If operation_status is success, the file is already on the Disk. If it is in-progress, a large file is still downloading: check it later with the get_operation_status operation and the number from operation_id.

    Add the working trigger

    Replace the button with a working trigger, for example webhook with leads that contain file links, and keep the scheme on. While the scheme is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.

No, the block uploads files only from a link: Yandex downloads the file itself, so the link must open from the internet without a login or password. The Google Drive and AWS S3 blocks can save text or a base64 file.

Most often it means that the token has expired, since its lifetime is limited. Get a new token the same way and paste it into the block.

Yes. The block does not create folders from the path: if there is no /Reports folder, a file at /Reports/report.pdf will not be saved. Create nested folders one by one with the create_folder operation. If the token covers only the app folder, start paths with app:/.

Yes, if the delete mode is to_trash: the file goes to the Yandex Disk Trash, where you can restore it. The permanently mode deletes it for good. The root of the Disk cannot be deleted.
