YooKassa payment link sent to Telegram: a ready template

The nana800 template creates a YooKassa payment link when you press a button or your website sends a request, and a bot sends it to Telegram right away: to you, a manager or a customer. You need the shopId and secret key of your YooKassa shop and a Telegram bot token, with no code and no server. The money goes to your YooKassa shop, and nana800 takes no percentage of payments.

Chain of blocks

  1. 1

    Trigger

The button creates a link by hand: handy for billing a customer after a call or for testing the settings. It works while the scheme is on and costs nothing.

  2. 2

    Trigger · Webhook (trigger)

The webhook creates a link on a request from a website, a CRM or another app. The amount, description and buyer email can come in the request and go into the YooKassa block. In the template it accepts GET requests on the path /.

  3. 3

    Action · YooKassa payment link

The Yookassa.ru payment view block creates a payment in rubles in your shop and returns the payment page link (confirmation_url) and the payment ID. Fill in the shopId, secret key, amount, description and buyer email.

  4. 4

    Action · Send Telegram message

The bot sends the link to Telegram. Enter the bot token, chat ID and message text, and put the payment link from the YooKassa block into the text.

What it is good for

  • Billing a customer after a call or chat: press the button, get the link in Telegram and forward it to the customer
  • A Pay button on your website: the site sends the order to the webhook, and the webhook response block returns the link to the site
  • Paying for an order in a Telegram bot: replace the webhook with the bot message trigger and send the link straight to the customer
  • A prepayment for a booking or a consultation
  • A message to a manager about every new invoice with the amount and customer email

How to set it up

  1. 1

Get YooKassa keys and a bot token

In your YooKassa account, in the API integration section, copy the shopId and issue a secret key. Create a bot with /newbot in @BotFather and copy its token. The @getmyid_bot bot shows the ID of your chat.

  2. 2

    Open the template

In the builder open Ready templates, pick Payment View and press Use. The button, webhook, YooKassa block and Telegram message are already connected.

  3. 3

    Fill in the YooKassa block

In the Yookassa.ru payment view block paste the shopId and secret key, set the amount in rubles (the template has 5), the payment description and the buyer email: without an email no payment is created. Put the page the buyer returns to after paying into return url. The amount and email can come from the webhook request.

  4. 4

    Write the Telegram message

Paste the token and chat ID into the Telegram message send block. The message text field is empty in the template, and the bot sends nothing without text: write, for example, "Payment link:" and put confirmation_url from the YooKassa block after it.

  5. 5

Turn the scheme on and test it

Turn the scheme on in its settings and press the button in the button block: the bot sends a link to the YooKassa payment page. To test without real money, use the shopId and key of a YooKassa test shop. While the scheme is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.

  6. 6

    Connect your website

Press the API button in the builder and copy the webhook address. In the template it expects a GET request, so order data can go into the address after the ? sign. If your website sends POST, change the method in the webhook block.

Frequently asked questions

nana800 takes no percentage of payments. The webhook request and the Telegram message cost a basic block run each, $1 per 1,000 runs, creating a YooKassa payment costs twice as much, and the button is free. An enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour. Your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month, but a scheme kept on around the clock spends most of that on hours. YooKassa charges its fee under your contract.

To your YooKassa shop: the payment is created with your shopId and secret key, and payouts follow your contract with YooKassa. nana800 never receives or holds the money of your buyers.

The template only creates the link and does not check the payment status. To get a message about each payment, build a second scheme with the webhook trigger and put its address into the HTTP notification settings of your YooKassa account.

The field is required: the email goes to YooKassa with the receipt data. The receipt has one item with the description and amount of the payment, without VAT. Without an email the block creates no payment and there is no link.

Yes. If the customer writes to your bot, replace the webhook with the Telegram message from user to bot trigger and put chat_id from it into the chat ID field. A bot can only message people who pressed Start in it first.

No, the YooKassa block creates payments in rubles only, and the money is charged as soon as the buyer pays. For other currencies nana800 has the CloudPayments and Stripe blocks.
