Ozon automation: FBS orders, stock, prices and finance without code

Ozon automation in nana800 works through the Seller API: a block pulls FBS orders, stock, prices with commissions, returns, accruals and analytics on a schedule, and the scheme sends them to Telegram, Google Sheets or elsewhere. You only need the Client ID and an API key from the seller account, no code. Every Ozon request costs $0.002, and your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month.

Blocks in the builder

  • Ozon seller account

    Action · $0.002 per run

Reads store data through the Ozon Seller API: products and cards, prices and commissions, stock, FBS orders, returns, finance accruals and analytics. It changes nothing in the store and returns the records as a list in items.

How to set it up

  1. 1

    Generate a Seller API key

In the Ozon seller account open Settings, then Seller API, and press Generate key. Seller API is the official access to store data for outside services. Copy the Client ID and the key itself. The key is shown only once, so save it right away.

  2. 2

Create a scheme with a schedule

Create a scheme in the builder and add the time internal trigger: it starts the scheme, for example, every hour or every day at 9 am. While you set things up, start the scheme by hand with the free button trigger.

  3. 3

    Add the Ozon block

Add the Ozon Seller block and paste the Client ID and the API key into the matching fields. Pick a section and an action: get_fbs_posting_list for FBS orders, get_product_stocks for stock, get_finance_transactions for accruals. For orders and analytics fill in the date from and date to fields.

  4. 4

    Pass the data on

The block returns Ozon records as a list in items. Add the next block, for example Telegram message send or google sheet record, and put the data from the Ozon answer into it.

  5. 5

Turn the scheme on and test it

Turn the scheme on, run it with the button and open the block result: success equal to true means the data arrived. On an error the Ozon answer is in error_message. When everything works, keep the scheme on. While it is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.

Frequently asked questions

One Ozon request costs $0.002, and a scheduled start counts as a basic block: $1 per 1,000 runs. An enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour. Your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month, no card needed. A scheme kept on around the clock for a month spends most of that on scheme hours.

Yes, for FBS orders, by checking on a schedule: Ozon does not notify nana800 about orders itself. The scheme, for example every hour, pulls orders for the period in the date from and date to fields with get_fbs_posting_list and sends them to Telegram. To get only fresh orders, the period must move forward with every run. The block has no action for FBO orders.

In the seller account: Settings, Seller API, the Generate key button. The Client ID is a number like 123456 that goes into the Client ID field. The key itself goes into the API key field. The key is shown only once, so save it right away.

Look at has_next in the answer. If it is true, run the block again with last_id from the answer in the next page cursor field. One request returns up to 1000 products, prices, stock rows or analytics rows, up to 100 FBS orders and up to 500 returns.

No. The block only reads store data: it has no ready actions to change prices or stock or to assemble orders. What it can do is send you stock and prices every morning, so you fix them in the seller account.

No, the block is set up with fields: keys, section, action, dates, article numbers. Stock, prices and the product list need no code at all. Code is needed in one place: a period that moves forward with every run is computed by the free run custom script block and put into the date fields.
