Ozon order alerts in Telegram: FBS orders on a schedule

Ozon order alerts in Telegram work on a schedule in nana800: the scheme, for example every hour, pulls the FBS orders of the past hour through the Seller API and sends them as a list to a private chat or a team group. You need an Ozon Client ID and API key and a Telegram bot, and two short scripts build the period and the message text. Your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month.

What you can automate

  • Get new FBS orders in a team chat every hour, so they are packed at your warehouse in time
  • Get the list of FBS orders of yesterday in one message every morning
  • Follow the orders of one warehouse only: the Ozon block has a warehouse ID filter
  • Get FBO and FBS returns once a day to see right away what customers sent back
  • Get the stock of chosen products every morning and pick the ones running low with a script
  • Get a summary of ordered units and revenue by SKU for the past day

How to set it up

  1. 1

    Create a Seller API key

In the Ozon seller account open Settings - Seller API and press Generate key. Copy the Client ID and the key itself, the key is shown only once. nana800 reads the data of your store with this pair.

  2. 2

Create a bot and find the chat ID

Create a bot with @BotFather using /newbot and copy the token. Press Start in your bot, otherwise it cannot message you. @getmyid_bot shows your ID. For a team group, add the bot to it and use the group ID, which starts with -100.

  3. 3

Add a timer and compute the period

Create a scheme and add the time internal trigger: second 0, minute 0 and "*" in the other fields means every hour. Then add the free run custom script block: a couple of JavaScript lines return the start of the period one hour ago and its end now, like 2026-10-01T09:00:00Z.

  4. 4

    Set up the Ozon block

Add the Ozon Seller block, choose the orders section and the get_fbs_posting_list action, paste the Client ID and API key. Put the times from the script into the date from and date to fields. A date without time means the whole day, from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC. Orders come from oldest to newest, up to 100 per request.

  5. 5

Build the text and send it to Telegram

A second run custom script block turns the items list into text, one line per order: the posting number and other fields are visible in the Ozon block result after a test run. The condition block skips sending when there are no orders. In Telegram message send set the bot token, the chat ID and the script text, with the plain_text format.

  6. 6

Turn the scheme on and test it

Add the button trigger and connect it to the period script. Turn the scheme on and press the button, the button itself is free. If success in the Ozon block result is false, the reason is in the error_message field. Once it works, keep the scheme on: while it is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.

Pricing

A run of a Ozon block costs $0.002, a run of a Telegram block costs $0.001. Every month the balance is topped up to $3.50 for free, an enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour.

Frequently asked questions

Each check costs three basic block runs: the timer counts as one and the Ozon request as two. A Telegram message adds one more, while scripts and condition are free. 1,000 basic runs cost $1, and an enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour. Checking every hour, about 720 times a month, plus scheme hours costs more than the free $3.50, while a daily summary fits into it.

With the next scheduled check. nana800 has no trigger that fires on an Ozon order, so the scheme asks for orders through the Seller API itself. The timer can run as often as once a minute, but the rarer the check, the fewer runs you pay for.

No. The block returns the list of FBS orders, the ones you ship from your own warehouse, and it has no list of FBO orders. For an overall picture of sales use the get_analytics_data action: by default it counts ordered units and revenue by SKU for the chosen period.

Ozon returns up to 100 FBS orders per request. If has_next in the answer is true, there are more: put last_id from the answer into the next page cursor field of a second Ozon block, or check more often, for example with two timers at minute 0 and minute 30.

No. The block only reads store data: products, prices, stock, FBS orders, returns, accruals and analytics. Order statuses, prices and stock are changed in the Ozon seller account.

Hardly. The keys, section, action and limit are set in the block fields. Code is needed in two places: a couple of lines compute the period for the request, and a few more lines build the message text from the list of orders. Both run custom script blocks are free.
