YooKassa payment link in a Telegram bot without code

A YooKassa payment link in a Telegram bot takes three blocks in nana800: the bot gets a message, the YooKassa block creates a payment for the amount you need, and the bot sends the customer a Pay button. You need a bot token and the keys of your own YooKassa shop, and the money goes straight to your shop. nana800 takes no percentage of payments: you pay only for block runs and scheme hours.

What you can automate

  • Sell a course, a consultation or a service right in the bot: the customer writes and gets a payment link
  • Bill the order amount: set the sum and the description in the block or take them from other blocks of the scheme
  • Take a prepayment for a booking and send the link to whoever wrote to the bot
  • Bill website requests: the Payment View template creates a link on a webhook request and sends it to Telegram
  • Hear about payments: YooKassa sends HTTP notifications to the webhook trigger of a separate scheme, and the bot messages you

How to set it up

  1. 1

Prepare the bot and YooKassa keys

Create a bot with @BotFather and copy the token. In your YooKassa account, find the shop ID (shopId) and issue a secret API key. Payments are created in your shop with these keys, so the money comes to you.

  2. 2

    Add the incoming message trigger

Create a scheme and add the Telegram message from user to bot trigger with the bot token. Choose message as the event type, so every message to the bot starts the scheme.

  3. 3

Ask for an email for the receipt

The YooKassa block requires the customer email for the receipt. Add a condition block with one rule: the message from the trigger contains @ (the INCLUDES operator). Connect a Telegram message send block that asks for an email to the cross exit. The first message gets this request, and the message with the email creates the payment.

  4. 4

    Create the YooKassa payment

Connect the Yookassa.ru payment view block to the check mark exit. Paste the shopId and secret key, enter the amount in rubles and a payment description of up to 128 characters. Put the message from the trigger into the customer email field. The return URL after payment is optional.

  5. 5

    Send the Pay button

Add another Telegram message send block with the same token and chat_id from the trigger. In the buttons field, create a Pay button with confirmation_url from the YooKassa block as its link. In the Payment View template you also fill the text and the button yourself.

  6. 6

Test and turn the scheme on

Turn the scheme on, send the bot your email and press Pay: the YooKassa payment page should open. If no payment was created, the error_text field of the YooKassa block shows why, such as a wrong key or amount. While the scheme is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.

Pricing

A run of a Telegram block costs $0.001, a run of a YooKassa block costs $0.002. Every month the balance is topped up to $3.50 for free, an enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour.

Frequently asked questions

nana800 takes no percentage of payments. A message to the bot and a bot reply cost the basic block price, $1 per 1,000 runs, and creating a YooKassa payment costs twice as much. An enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour. Your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month, but a bot kept on around the clock spends most of that on scheme hours. YooKassa charges its own fee under your contract.

To your YooKassa shop: the block creates the payment with your shopId and secret key. The customer pays on the YooKassa page, and only the request to create the payment passes through nana800.

The block only creates the payment and the link, it does not check the payment status. Turn on HTTP notifications in your YooKassa account with the address of a webhook trigger in a separate scheme, and send a Telegram message from there. The notification carries the same payment ID as the payment_id field of the block.

Rubles only. Write the amount as a number with a dot before kopecks, for example 990.50, and it has to be above zero. You can set a fixed amount or take it from another block of the scheme.

No. The customer pays on the YooKassa page, and the bot runs in nana800 with its token. A website is only useful as the return address after payment, and that field is optional.
