Wildberries and Google Sheets: a daily report on orders, sales and stock

Wildberries and Google Sheets work together in nana800 to add a row with totals to your sheet every day: the number of orders of yesterday and their sum, sales, the stock or price of a product. The data comes from the seller account through the API on a schedule, and two short scripts compute the date and the totals. Your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month, no card needed.

What you can automate

  • Add a row with the totals of yesterday every morning: date, number of orders and their sum
  • Keep a sheet of sales and returns by day and build charts on it in Google Sheets
  • Record the stock of a chosen product on Wildberries warehouses once a day and see how fast it sells
  • Record the price and discount of a product every day to keep a price history
  • Track in the sheet how many new reviews without an answer piled up by the morning
  • Keep each report on its own tab: the tab number is set in the sheet block

How to set it up

  1. 1

    Create a Wildberries token

In the seller account open Profile, then Settings, then API access, and press Create token. Tick Statistics for orders and sales, Analytics for stock and Prices and discounts for prices. The token is shown only once, so copy it right away.

  2. 2

Prepare the sheet and give access

Put column names in the first row of the sheet, for example date, orders, sum. Give access in one of two ways: OAUTH signs in with your Google account through the button in the block, SERVICE_ACCOUNT uses a service account from Google Cloud whose email you add to the sheet as an editor.

  3. 3

    Set a morning timer

Create a scheme and add the time internal trigger: second 0, minute 0, hour 9 and "*" in the other fields. The default time zone is Moscow. Then add the free run custom script block: one line of JavaScript returns the date of yesterday, like 2026-10-01.

  4. 4

    Pull the orders of yesterday

Add the Wildberries Seller block, paste the token without the word Bearer, choose the orders section and the get_orders operation. Put the date from the script into the start date and set export mode to 1: this returns all orders of exactly that day.

  5. 5

    Compute the totals

A second run custom script block takes the items list from the Wildberries answer and returns the number of orders and their sum. Which field holds the price is visible in the Wildberries block result after a test run. If the number of orders is enough, skip the script: it is in the total field.

  6. 6

Add the row and turn the scheme on

Add the google sheet record block, paste the sheet address into the spreadsheet ID field and choose append_row. In the row data put column names on the left and the date and totals on the right. Turn the scheme on and test it with the free button trigger: while it is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.

Pricing

A run of a Wildberries block costs $0.002, a run of a Google Sheets block costs $0.001. Every month the balance is topped up to $3.50 for free, an enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour.

Frequently asked questions

One report is four basic block runs: the timer counts as one, the Wildberries request as two and the sheet row as one, while scripts are free. 1,000 basic runs cost $1. An enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour, and kept on around the clock it spends most of the free $3.50 a month on scheme hours, but a daily report still fits into that sum.

The sheet block adds one row per run, and nana800 has no block that repeats an action for every item of a list. So it is easier to record totals: one row per day or per hour. If you need the list of orders itself, a script can join it into text for a single cell.

Mode 1 returns all orders of exactly the day in the start date. In the morning yesterday is over, so the row is complete. A report for the current day misses the orders that come after it runs.

Orders and sales need a token with Statistics. Stock needs Analytics with a personal or service token, a basic token works only with a secret. Prices need Prices and discounts. Create the token in the seller account: Profile, Settings, API access.

Two ways. OAUTH: press the connect button in the block and sign in with a Google account that can open the sheet. SERVICE_ACCOUNT: create a service account in Google Cloud, enable the Google Sheets API there, paste its email and private key into the block and share the sheet with that email as an editor.

A little. The token, operation, mode and sheet columns are set in fields. Code is needed in two free run custom script blocks: one line computes the date of yesterday, and a few more lines count the orders and their sum. The same kind of script adds up the stock of a product over all warehouses.
