Wildberries automation: orders, stock, reviews and sales without code

Wildberries automation in nana800 works through the seller account API: a block pulls orders, sales, stock on WB warehouses, prices, reviews and questions on a schedule, and the scheme sends them to Telegram, Google Sheets or another service. You only need a token from the seller account, no code. Every Wildberries request costs $0.002, and your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month.

Blocks in the builder

  • Wildberries seller account

    Action · $0.002 per run

Reads seller account data through the Wildberries API: product cards, prices and discounts, stock on WB warehouses, orders, sales and returns, reviews and questions. It changes nothing in the account and returns the records as a list in items.

How to set it up

  1. 1

Create a token in the seller account

In the Wildberries seller account open Profile, then Settings, then API access, and press Create token. Tick the categories you need: Statistics for orders and sales, Analytics for stock, Questions and reviews, Content, Prices and discounts. The token is the key nana800 uses to read your account. It is shown only once, so copy it right away.

  2. 2

Create a scheme with a schedule

Create a scheme in the builder and add the time internal trigger: it starts the scheme, for example, every hour or every day at 9 am. While you set things up, start the scheme by hand with the free button trigger.

  3. 3

    Add the Wildberries block

Add the Wildberries Seller block and paste the whole token, without the word Bearer. Pick a section and an operation: get_orders for orders, get_stocks for stock, get_feedbacks for reviews. For orders fill in the start date. For reviews set the answered or new field to false to get new reviews without an answer.

  4. 4

    Pass the data on

The block returns Wildberries records as a list in items. Add the next block, for example Telegram message send or google sheet record, and put the data from the Wildberries answer into it.

  5. 5

Turn the scheme on and test it

Turn the scheme on, run it with the button and open the block result: success equal to true means the data arrived. On an error the Wildberries answer is in error_message. When everything works, keep the scheme on. While it is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.

Frequently asked questions

One Wildberries request costs $0.002, and a scheduled start counts as a basic block: $1 per 1,000 runs. An enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour. Your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month, no card needed. A scheme kept on around the clock for a month spends most of that on scheme hours.

Yes, by checking on a schedule: Wildberries does not notify nana800 about orders itself. The scheme, for example every hour, pulls orders changed after the start date with get_orders and sends them to Telegram. To get only fresh orders, the date must move forward with every run. Value 1 in the export mode field returns all orders of exactly the day in the start date. Wildberries allows one such request per minute.

Create it in the seller account: Profile, Settings, API access, Create token. Tick the categories for your operations: Statistics, Analytics, Questions and reviews, Content, Prices and discounts. Stock needs a personal or service token, a basic token works only with its secret. On a 401 error check the token and its categories.

The get_stocks operation shows stock on Wildberries warehouses, and the data is refreshed every 30 minutes. In the WB article field you can list up to 1000 article numbers separated by commas, or leave it empty to get all products. Wildberries allows three such requests per minute.

No. The block only reads account data: it has no ready operations to answer reviews or change prices or stock. What it can do is send you new unanswered reviews every morning, so you answer them in the seller account.

No, the block is set up with fields: token, section, operation, date, article number. Stock, prices and new reviews need no code at all. Code is needed in one place: a date that moves forward with every run is computed by the free run custom script block in one line and put into the start date.
