Wildberries order alerts in Telegram work on a schedule in nana800: the scheme, for example every hour, pulls orders from your seller account through the API and sends them as a list to a private chat or a team group. You need a Wildberries token and a Telegram bot, and two short scripts build the request date and the message text. Your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month.

How to set it up

    Create a Wildberries token

    In the seller account open Profile, then Settings, then API access, and press Create token. Tick Statistics for orders and sales, and Questions and reviews for reviews and questions. The token is the key nana800 uses to read your account. It is shown only once, so copy it right away.

    Create a bot and find the chat ID

    Create a bot with @BotFather using /newbot and copy the token. Press Start in your bot, otherwise it cannot message you. @getmyid_bot shows your ID. For a team group, add the bot to it and use the group ID, which starts with -100.

    Add a timer and compute the date

    Create a scheme and add the time internal trigger: second 0, minute 0 and "*" in the other fields means every hour. Then add the free run custom script block: one line of JavaScript returns the time one hour ago. For a daily summary the script returns the date of today, like 2026-10-01.

    Add the Wildberries block

    Add the Wildberries Seller block, paste the token without the word Bearer, choose the orders section and the get_orders operation. Put the script result into the start date. Export mode 0 returns all orders changed after that date, and 1 returns all orders of exactly that day.

    Build the text and send it to Telegram

    A second run custom script block turns the items list into text, one line per order: the fields you need are visible in the Wildberries block result after a test run. The condition block skips sending when there are no orders. In Telegram message send set the bot token, the chat ID and the script text, with the plain_text format.

    Turn the scheme on and test it

    Add the button trigger and connect it to the date script. Turn the scheme on and press the button, the button itself is free. A Wildberries error, such as 401 for a wrong token, shows up in the error_message field of the block. Once it works, keep the scheme on: while it is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.

Each check costs three basic block runs: the timer counts as one and the Wildberries request as two. A Telegram message adds one more, while scripts and condition are free. 1,000 basic runs cost $1, and an enabled scheme costs $0.0042 per hour. Checking every hour, about 720 times a month, plus scheme hours costs more than the free $3.50, while a daily summary fits into it.

With the next scheduled check. nana800 has no trigger that fires on a Wildberries order, so the scheme asks for orders through the API itself. Asking more often than once a minute makes no sense: Wildberries allows one orders request per minute. The rarer the check, the fewer runs you pay for.

In mode 0 Wildberries returns all orders changed after the start date. So an order that changed later, for example was cancelled, can arrive again with the new data. Mode 1 returns the whole day every time, so it fits a once a day summary.

Create the token in the seller account: Profile, Settings, API access, Create token. Orders and sales need Statistics, reviews and questions need Questions and reviews, stock needs Analytics with a personal or service token. On a 401 error, check the token and the ticked categories.

Yes. The get_feedbacks operation with false in the answered or new field returns reviews you have not answered yet, up to 5000 per run. You cannot reply from Telegram: the block only reads the account, and reviews are answered in the seller account.

Code is needed in two places: one line computes the date for the request, and a few more lines build the message text from the list of orders. Both run custom script blocks are free.
