Book clients into Google Calendar without code: events and Google Meet calls
To book clients into Google Calendar without code, nana800 uses one block: it creates an event in your calendar, sends Google invitations to guests and can add a Google Meet call. You connect the calendar by signing in to your Google account, with no keys and no code. Every created event costs $0.002, and your balance is topped up to $3.50 for free every month.

Blocks in the builder
Create a Google Calendar event
Action · $0.002 per run
Creates an event in the primary calendar of the connected Google account: MEETING with a Google Meet call or RECORD without one. Sends invitations to guests and returns event_id, html_link and meet_link.
How to set it up
- 1
Create a scheme with a trigger
Create a scheme in the builder and add the webhook trigger: your website or booking form sends the client name, email and chosen time to its address. You can also start from the ready online booking template, which already has a Telegram notification.
- 2
Connect Google Calendar
Add the Google Calendar Event book block and press the connect button. Sign in to the Google account whose calendar should get the events: the block works with the primary calendar of that account.
- 3
Fill in the event
Choose MEETING for a meeting with a Google Meet link or RECORD for a plain event. Enter the title, start and end in ISO format, for example 2026-12-01T15:00:00+03:00, and pick a time zone. List guest emails separated by commas.
- 4
Send the link to the client
After the calendar block add a sending block, for example Telegram message send, and put the call link meet_link or the event link html_link from the block result into the text. Google sends the invitation to guests itself.
- 5
Turn the scheme on and test it
Type a time in by hand for now, add the button trigger, turn the scheme on and press the button: the event appears in the calendar. If not, the error_text field shows why. When it works, put the time from the booking back and keep the scheme on. While it is on, it costs $0.0042 per hour.
